Cesar Lugo alias project focusing on harder, industrial-influenced trance. Cesar Lugo is a trance music producer from Mexico City whose work has earned releases on the world's most prestigious labels, including Paul van Dyk's Vandit Records and Armada Music. With over two decades in the studio, Cesar has crafted a signature sound that balances deep, driving grooves with soaring melodic progressions—a style that caught the attention of genre pioneers like Armin van Buuren, Paul Oakenfold, and Aly & Fila. His track "Elapse," released on Vandit Records in 2010, has remained a staple in Paul van Dyk's sets for over 14 years, performed at major festivals worldwide including Luminosity Beach Festival and SHINE Ibiza. DJ Magazine UK awarded his "Angel Moon" EP 4 out of 5 stars, recognizing his ability to create what they called "extreme dancefloor destruction. "Beyond the studio, Cesar founded Solid State Mexico, pioneering trance music infrastructure in Latin America and providing a platform for the next generation of producers.
